Just add water!! This fabulous new cake mix is perfect for whipping up a delicious vanilla sponge in record time and without need to add any ingredients other than water. You can of course add your own inclusions such a chocolate chips, flavourings, fruit etc too.
Make Up Instructions
For the full 3kg Mix, just add 1500ml Water. If you want to make smaller amounts at a time, just reduce the water in proportion to the amount of cake mix.
- Full Bag Makes approx. 100 cupcakes (12 cupcakes = 576g mix, 288ml water)
- Full Bag Makes approx 8 x 8″ sponges (one sponge = 400g mix, 200ml water)

Mix ingredients altogether in a bowl, and whisk for 2 minutes on low, then whisk for 4 minutes on medium. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
