Set includes: 4 Mini Confetti Balloons filled with red & green confetti (inflate to up to 6″ in size) and 4 paper straws

Instructions: Inflate your balloon with air (no helium required), then create a small split in the top of the paper straws using scissors. Slot the tie of the balloon into the slot to make it stand upright on the straw. Confetti balloons work best with static, so once your balloon is inflated, create some static by rubbing it against a clean material surface. Rub where the confetti is, which will stick it to the sides of the balloon.
