Our famous Madeira Cake Mix! If you’ve been on our classes or popped in store for samples then you’ve probably tried this absolutely beautiful cake mix. The mix makes a lovely soft and moist cake, easy to cut and can also be baked as cupcakes or a tray bake.

To make 1kg of mix, simply add 500g water and 100g Vegetable oil. Once mixed, add to a baking tin or cupcake cases. Each kg of mix makes 2 x 7″ Round Cakes, 1 x 10″ Round Cake or approx 36-40 Cupcakes.
