This beautiful Red Velvet Cake Mix has a wonderful flavour, not too sweet (as a Red Velvet should be) and bakes a lovely rich red colour! If you’ve been on our classes or popped in store for samples then you’ve probably tried this absolutely beautiful cake mix. Can be made as cupcakes, large cakes or tray bakes.

To make, simply add water, oil and eggs. Once mixed, add to a baking tin or cupcake cases. Makes 2 x 7″ Round Cakes, 1 x 10″ Round Cake or approx 36-40 Cupcakes.

No need to use all the mix at once if you don’t need to. It comes in a handy resealable foil fresh bag.
