Iced Jems new Vegan Cake Mixes give you fantastic results every time! One bag of mix makes approx 2 x 6″ Round Cakes or approx 35 cupcakes. You can flavour and any inclusions you like once the mix is made, we love Vanilla Flavouring or Dairy Free Chocolate Chips.

No need to use all the mix at once if you don’t need to. It comes in a handy resealable foil fresh bag.

Simply add Soya Milk, Vegetable Oil, Water and Glycerine (Glycerine is optional and helps keep your cake moist).
