Firstly, I need to say that this mix is amazing!! Texture was outstanding and received rave reviews from everyone (even the non-GF eaters). I went for a simple vanilla flavouring for my first outing with this but it would withstand the addition of cocoa no problem for all the chocoholics out there… (me, I mean me!)
There was one issue I found and that was the lack of yield information on the packet. I bake many different size cakes and as this was going to be a 5″ tall, based on previous experience I used what I thought would be the right quantity and now have an abundance of cupcakes everywhere!!! So a little more guidance on the pack would be great. Again, it’s just a minor issue not a problem as my kiddies are loving the extra treats.
