This fantastic Cake Steamer made by PME with UK Plug is fantastic for adding the finishing touch to your cakes. The steamer can be used on sugar paste, flowerpots or gum paste.
Use it for:
- Removing excess icing sugar or cornflour from cakes
- Reviving sugarpaste and giving it a shine
- Setting lustre dusts that have been brushed onto your creations, preventing the colour from rubbing off
- Removing imperfections from from sugar paste such as finger prints
Simply heat up the cake steamer for 60 seconds then release a controlled and constant stream of steam. Keep the cake steamer approx 15cm away from your creations while steaming.
