Ganache plates are the quick and easy way to apply ganache to your cakes with zero faff. Each plate measures 3mm thick.

PLEASE NOTE: Each ganache plate measures 0.25″ more than specified to allow for the layer of ganache. E.g. a 6″ ganache plate will actually measure 6.25″ – the plate will fit a 6″ cake and allow a little extra for the layer of ganache.
