They work by insulating and reflecting heat coming to the pan from the sides, forcing it instead to rise evenly from base of the tin upwards. INSTRUCTIONS: Select a baking belt that is the right heigh and length for your baking pan. Soak the belt in cold water and remove the excess. Do not wring. Wrap around the baking pan and bake as required. CAUTION: Do not use at temperatures the exceed 180°C. Check that the Baking Belt is NOT in direct contact with any heating elements, gas flames or the sides of the oven. Store the Baking Belt carefully. Do not cut, tear or fray the edges.
