COVID-19 Shipping Update

We are still shipping out your orders daily!

Our annual Christmas shutdown will be from Thursday 24th December to Friday 1st January so please stock up before then as our store will be closed and we won’t be shipping any orders until we return. Our amazing staff have worked incredibly hard this year and will be getting a much deserved break at home with their families! Until then, our normal opening hours apply! We re-open Saturday 2nd January!

COURIER DELIVERY: All orders are being shipped via our Express Tracked Courier DHL UK. This covers any parcel weight up to 20kg and minimises contact for staff on site.

We apologise if there is a delay of a day or two in handing your parcel over to our courier, but we are doing everything we physically can to keep up with normal orders in a COVID safe environent with minimal staff.

Once the courier receives your parcel, the service is typically Next Working Day (not weekends or Bank Holidays) but obviously couriers are experiencing  high demand at the moment and also some staff sickness / isolation so sometimes this won’t be Next Working Day and may take an extra day or two. ****For their safety, couriers have to leave parcels in a safe place and take a photo which is uploaded to the tracking details. If you are not happy to have your parcel left in a safe place, you must write a note on the order stating this.***

DAMAGES / REPLACEMENTS: We are unable to replace damaged or faulty items under £5 value due to the cost of shipping so you will receive a full refund instead.

REMOTE POSTCODE: We are shipping remote postcode orders as normal, please allow a little extra time for these as they cannot be sent by our express courier.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We have resumed international orders but depending on your location your order may take several weeks to arrive due to international postal delay due to COVID-19.

CLICK & COLLECT: From Thursday 5th November our store will be Click & Collect only, normal opening hours apply. Simply place your order online, choose “Click & Collect” as your shipping option, then collect from our main store front door. Please allow at least 2 hours for us to get your order ready before collecting.
