Our 1:1 classes can be anything you wanted to learn and start from £150. You will have the kitchen to yourself and the dedicated time of a tutor. Usually people have an idea of cake they want to do, or a particular skill set they want to cover. 1:1 Classes are typically held on weekdays in our shop as weekends are typically taken up by our group classes. Evening or Weekend Classes would cost more so do get in touch for a quote.

Cake Covering, Sharp Edges and Sugar Roses Class £175 –  (morning or afternoon) – You will be provided with a Sponge Cake and learn how to split, fill, crumb coat, cover with fondant, get sharp edges and a professional finish. You will also learn how to make a beautiful sugar rose to decorate.

Buttercream Flowers Cake Class £175 – (morning or afternoon) – You will be provided with a Sponge Cake and learn how to split, fill and cover with buttercream for a smooth finish. You will then learn the art of buttercream flowers and create an edible wreath for the cake out of buttercream.

 

Vintage Cupcakes Masterclass £150: Vintage Romance or Shabby Chic Design – (morning or afternoon) – You will be provided will 12 cupcakes to decorate in a vintage theme, covering a variety of skills including using moulds, cutters, embossing mats, modelling, domed toppers and more.

Iced Cookie Masterclass £150 – (morning or afternoon) – You will be provided a range of sugar cookies to decorate using Royal icing and Sugarpaste. You will cover the at of Royal Icing and different techniques, as well as using mixed mediums including sugar paste, cake lace, painting and more.

Perfect for creating details on wedding cakes, use with cutters, texture mats and moulds. As this paste is very firm before you start kneading it, be sure to warm it in your hands as much as you can to make it pliable.
